Pictured at the Dubbo Cenotaph which turns 100 next year, were Wing Commander Josh Coleman, RAAF, who presented the ANZAC Day Address, and former RAAF Pilot Officer Ray Winslow who celebrated his 100th Birthday on the Sunday after ANZAC Day 2024.
