With the number of homelessness people in Australia rising due to unstable housing conditions and an increase in costs of living, Vincent de Paul is hosting their Vinnies Community Sleepout on Friday, August 19.

Vinnie’s NSW regional director, John Donnan, is encouraging Dubbo residents
