It wouldn’t be Christmas in the golden west without Dubbo RSL’s traditional and much-loved annual Christmas Toy Raffle!
The countdown is on for this wonderful event being held on Sunday, November 12, and everyone can get in on the fun.
But the raffle is only part of the entertainment for kids and parents alike at this local yuletide celebration; with a visit also from a very-famous Christmas identity!
The range of great activities include “Sand Art”  –  modelling sand into whimsical artistic forms  –  face-painting and special photos with the one and only Santa Claus from 11.30am. Ho! Ho! Ho!
Pre-sale tickets are now available from Dubbo RSL’s Club Reception, and from 11.30am on the day for this great kids’ celebration; but why not also come down to browse the great prizes that are already on display? We hope to see you there!
The raffle itself features more than $10,000 worth of fantastic Chrissie prizes to be won, and it’s all in the name of a good cause, with 10 per cent of all ticket sales being donated to Dubbo Base Hospital Children’s Ward.
Major prizes this year are designed keep your kids entertained for months, and include a Playstation 5 home video game; a Nintendo Switch; a Karaoke Machine for belting-out your favourite tunes at home and a brand-new television. There’s also bikes, board games, skateboards and much, much, more!
Supporting local businesses, the prices have also been bought in the Dubbo region to help our very own retailers.
While in-house, why not get a bite to eat? The Bistro will also be open from 11.30am for all to enjoy a Sunday Roast, Lobster Mornay, or Lamb Cutlets, or choose from the extensive Menu.
