Dubbo Regional Airport will be temporarily closed from 5pm on Saturday, January 18, until 530am on Sunday, January 19, as the Rural Fire Service (RFS) conducts a hazard reduction burn at the site.
Dubbo Regional Council (DRC) advised the controlled burn will take place in a large paddock near the airport, with authorities warning that significant smoke may be visible in the surrounding area.
