Councillor Joshua Black has been elected as Dubbo Regional Council’s new Mayor following an open vote of Councillors at an extraordinary meeting on Thursday, October 3.
The election marked the first official meeting for the 11 newly elected Councillors, who had taken their oath and affirmation earlier that morning.
