Public sector nurses and midwives at Orange, Bloomfield and Gilgandra Hospitals will stop work for an hour today (Monday, August 26) as part of a statewide campaign for a 15 per cent pay increase.
The action, organised by the NSW Nurses and Midwives’ Association (NSWNMA), is part of a broader effort involving staff from 100 hospitals and health facilities across NSW.
