Drivers have been warned to slow down at a rail level crossing on the Mitchell Highway near Trangie, with a reduced speed limit to come into effect for the safety of all road and rail users.
The speed limit on the approaches to the level crossing has been reduced permanently from 110 km/h to 80 km/h in both directions.
