The word ‘spectacular’ really doesn't do the building currently underway at No.1 Church St justice, even at this stage.
When inside and talking with co-developer John Walkom, it is hard to put into words the mammoth amount of work that has been achieved and what is yet to come.
John told Dubbo Photo News that, when completed, No.1 Church St will be home to around 200 people, enjoying living in a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Most of those apartments will enjoy spectacular views that can be seen already as you tour the work in progress.
Construction of No.1 Church St is currently at Level 7, with Levels 8 to 12 yet to be completed.
Once completed, the landmark building will comprise 15 levels, including three for parking and commercial use.
