Continuity continues at Dubbo Council with the re-election recently of Mayor Councillor Mathew Dickerson, and Cr Richard Ivey re-elected as deputy mayor.
The mayoral position was contested by Cr Dickerson and Cr Joshua Black, with Cr Dickerson being elected with a vote of seven to three, with Cr Dickerson expressing personal satisfaction with the vote.
