Paramount Tennis Club’s Summer Open Day was a great success last weekend with around 50 people enjoying a hit and a bit of socialising off the court.

Despite the rainy weather in the morning, the clouds cleared and the sun came out for it to be a perfect afternoon for tennis.

Players of all ages and abilities did their best to play like their heroes currently in action at the Australian Open, while conversations off-court focused on the action in Melbourne and on the local tennis scene.

The Paramount Tennis Club offers social and competitive tennis, as well as coaching for players of all ages and ability, all year round.

People interested in having a social hit can book a court via the club’s website, while Paramount also offers membership for anyone planning to play regularly. Membership provides players with free court hire for the year and, at $85 per adult and $30 per child under 18, offers fantastic value, while also supporting the club maintain and improve its facilities.
