Kidzfix supporter and participant, David Ward, hosted a fundraiser for the Kidzfix foundation, in cooperation with Dubbo City Toyota, at the recent Dubbo Kangaroo Rugby family day at Victoria Park.
This included the presentation of a donation of $5500 to the Hear Our Heart Ear Bus Project (HoHEBP), and that's vital money that will go towards calibrating their machines and keep them accurate for kids' hearing tests.
The two automatic audiometers used on the Hear Our Hearts bus were purchased using a previous grant from KidzFix, which describes itself as "a boutique driving adventure designed to explore parts of Australia that are off the beaten track" while raising money for worthy local causes.
